Stein & Lubin Leases 20,844 SF at Transamerica Pyramid

Law Firm Renews, Expands at 600 Montgomery

Stein & Lubin LLP renewed its lease for the entire 14th floor, measuring 16,304 square feet, and expanded to include 4,540 square feet on the 4th floor, totaling 20,844 square feet, at 600 Montgomery St. in San Francisco. The additional space will be available the first quarter of next year.

Built in 1972, the 48-story, Class A office building measures 484,545 square feet and includes such features as concierge, courtyard and restaurant. The property is in San Francisco's financial district.

Steve Barker, Matt Hart and Kevin Brennan of Studley represented the tenant. Sean Ohno of Lowe Enterprises represented the landlord, Transamerica Investment Management LLC.
