BofA Renews Transamerica Pyramid Lease

Friday, January 17, 2007 -- Bank of America Corp. has renewed its lease at the Transamerica Pyramid building in San Francisco, according to the building's asset manager, Aegon USA Realty Advisors.

The five-year deal preserves one of the largest trading floors outside of New York for securities giant Banc of America Securities.

With 180,000 square feet, BofA Securities remains the largest tenant in the landmark Transamerica Pyramid, an 853-foot-tall building occupied by more than 50 firms.
Financial terms of the deal weren't disclosed.

Charlotte-based BofA (NYSE:BAC) is one of the world's largest financial institutions, with more than 5,700 retail-banking offices and 16,700 ATMs.
