New Leasing Assignment at Transamerica Pyramid

Cushman & Wakefield of California To Handle Manage Transamerica Investment Office Portfolio

Transamerica Investment Management LLC awarded Cushman & Wakefield of California the leasing assignment for the Transamerica Pyramid at 600 Montgomery St., and the surrounding buildings of the Transamerica Center at 505 and 545 Sansome St. in San Francisco. Richard Robinson, Margaret Duskin and Matt Shewey form the leasing team.

The centerpiece of the complex is the 48-story, Class A trophy building of 484,545 square feet, which is noted for its distinctive pyramidal architecture by William Pereira & Associates. The additional two buildings of the center, 505 and 545 Sansome St., are 20- and 9-story Class A structures of 180,291 and 51,525 square feet, respectively.

Cushman & Wakefield also will handle property management for the center.
